A Family Business
Mohr Painting LLC wasn't created from scratch—it continues a lifetime of experience.
For many years, owner Todd Mohr worked alongside his father, Phil Mohr, building a reputation for quality workmanship, honest service, and treating every customer's home and property with care and respect. Together they completed residential, commercial, rental, and property improvement projects throughout Toledo, Northwest Ohio, and Southern Michigan.
Phil passed away unexpectedly in 2021. In the years that followed, Todd continued building on the values his father instilled in him. After relocating to Toledo, he began a new chapter with the creation of Mohr Painting LLC, carrying forward the same commitment to quality workmanship, reliability, and honest customer service.
Phil wasn't just Todd's father—he was his mentor, business partner, and best friend. The lessons he taught about hard work, integrity, and standing behind your work continue to shape every project Mohr Painting LLC undertakes today.
Built on Simple Values
Outside of work, Todd and his wife Michelle enjoy a simple, down-to-earth lifestyle centered around hard work, self-sufficiency, and family. Together they're building their homestead, growing and preserving much of their own food, and embracing the same practical values that guide the way Todd approaches every project.
Whether he's painting a single room, preparing a rental property for its next tenant, or managing a larger property improvement project, Todd believes in doing the job right, communicating honestly, and treating every customer's property with the same care and respect he would his own.
